nope hooters pro cup. they show em on speed quite often. this one was a 250lap snoozer but it may be much better on TV. they are normaly a couple weeks behind so keep an eye out for it. rookie of the year and champion in hooters north were crowned ect. the winning car was owned by tony stewert. there was also an aarons car owned by mikey, a gibbs owned car. gary st. amant gave me a jeggs hat. the racing wasnt extremely close but ok. from what im understanding these cars are really similar to arca (basicly cup or bush cars) only with smaller engines. alot of the teams are development teams for nascar.Rick Benjerman was on hand as the official anouncer so that was kinda neat.
one cool point of this race was that it was a 250 laper and they ended up pitting under green due to a lack of yellows..then the yellow came out when only 2 cars had not yet pited. so there ended up being 2 cars on the lead lap for the last 75 laps. i guess it was the first time in the series history that green flag pit stops came into play. I guess they normaly get enough cautions to pit on the yellow.
I forgott my camera, but my buddy took a pic of me with the hooters girls with my cam phone..we will be making a trip to the hooters in janesville soon to get some pics with the duster.
