I see it waving in your signature. :dunno:  Sometimes when you're in a text window typing, the smilies either slow down or stop moving.  I think it has to do with the connection speed at the time....that's just a guess though.

As Rev said it would be connection speed. You would have an old cached page of when it stopped moving.
Cached = "pause in time" like a photo of the images/icons/print. Refreshing or deleting cookies usually solves this. Just to let you know for next time if something like this happens again.
