I see it waving in your signature.   Sometimes when you're in a text window typing, the smilies either slow down or stop moving.  I think it has to do with the connection speed at the time....that's just a guess though.

I don't see it waving in my signature or the reply page , must be my 'puter.

Yep looks OK to me!  You probably need to clean up your 'puter and defrag.  That always helps!

OK , I relogged in and now it is fine. Sorry for the false alarm , I thought Old Glory was in trouble.

As Rev said it would be connection speed. You would have an old cached page of when it stopped moving.
Cached = "pause in time" like a photo of the images/icons/print. Refreshing or deleting cookies usually solves this. Just to let you know for next time if something like this happens again.
