I had seen this a few years back, been looking for it ever since. It's a Charger drifting on a very busy street. Them rice burners have nothing on us!  :bananasmi

That's  a cool clip but I think it's a scene for the Dukes of Hazzard movie.
I think the driver is  Rhys Millen. ?
