Thanks for all the positive feedback on the video. Yeah, my wife refered to herself as "The Cuda Widow" -laughs. It was definately a long 8 months; lots of long nights, weekends and a few all-nighters. But well worth the sacrifice! My friend actually rebuilt the engine for me and I utilized feedback from the cuda-challenger forum extensively to figure out what the hell I was doing. The video was an afterthought- using many of the pictures i took to remember how to put the damn thing back together
The project started out with a list of about 10 things I needed to do to get it on the road. No suprise, that list grew (the recurring theme was- "since I've removed this, I have easy acces to fix that"- before I knew it: anything that could be taken off the car- came off and was repaired or replaced. I'm glad I did, because the car has been on a 2yr roadtrip now (I'm in the military -expect to be home by Oct) and I've not had any major issues. Anyway, good luck to everyone with their projects- just keep pushing forward and you'll finish!
