The place in the "Mopar Muscle" magazine is George Iverson, Iverson Automotive: http://iversonautomotive.com/index.html.  I e-mailed him awhile back and he responded the next day.  Here's his reply to my budget question:

Hi Greg, I charge $45.00/hr plus 15% for supplies to restore stainless and aluminum trim. Chrome trim and pot metal pieces are quoted on an individual basis. If I am restoring all of the trim on a car, excluding chrome trim, it usually runs about 2 hours per piece on average for show quality work. If you have a budget you want to stay within I can work with you on that as well.
Cordially,
George

I'll may try to do the pieces that are in good shape myself, but anything that needs to be re-shaped I'll definitely send out, probably to him.

just got most of my trim back from http://www.anobrite.com/

I had 2 hood trim pieces 1 was in bad shape

Front and rear windshiled trim

all 3 pieces of the trunk trim ( ding and dented)

drivers and passenger side sill plates

All had some repair work done and they all got re-anodized at a cost of $1200.00
Anobrite let me know every step of the way what was happening with phone clls and e-mails and the pieces look great. Call them up, they will take the time to talk with you. Turnaround about 4-5 weeks.

Do it yourself and save a ton of money. I had to pay $500.00 to get the few pieces done on my Challenger. Since then when I did the RR I bought a good buffer and did it all myself. I just takes time but it does go fairly fast.

Several of these pieces are reproduced.  Why pay more for restoration than reproduction? Is the repo quality that bad? Or is it an "original" thing?
I may be schizophrenic,
