Pictures of my 72 cuda race project
« on: November 02, 2006 - 07:17:30 AM »
Member v8440 is taking some of the final stuff down to my cuda today. I will have it out for spring races.  Unless I can fool the doctors with me being a diabetic and other problems, I will not be able to pass the physical to run NHRA with it anymore, so I will run a local 1/8 mile track here in the 4's. Hope you enjoy my pics. A whole bunch of time has went into this project.  Not to mention a couple of years worth of paychecks.

If there's a track close by Atlanta, I may do a bit of exibit runs or a tnt night :burnout:

I wonder how it would look taking my cuda on an open trailer across I 20 with my BB challenger pulling it? I know I can't though. My car requires maintenace and an enclosed trailer. It is only 4" off the ground and the struts only have 1.75 inches of travel. It has to ride on air cushions under the chassis. But it would be a good looking nastalga picture. At any rate, I will be able to get tech'ed in if I can get over that way. Just hate that 285 by-pass....yuk !!!!!
