Remove glass and regulators? need advice

HOW do you remove them, doors glass and rear glass + regulators from 70 Cuda.

I have a manual but it is vague.

Details plz.

unbolt the regulator from the glass , 2 bolts , undo the top of the front track , allen bolt, remover the cat whiskers &  window stops also the outer door trim , you need to pull the window towards the front to release the g;ass from the rear track & sldie the window up out of the front track

Well that worked, but the regulator will not come out of the door.

The body will need to be media blasted, and I didn't want to leave them in there.  :dontknow:
