Hood Trim
«

I bought new trim for trunklid, trunk quarter panels and hood trim. Had no problems with the trunk/quarter panels, but am playing hell getting the nuts off of the hood trim. The nuts appear to be 3/8 or 7/16, but I can not get the socket far enough down on the nut to turn it. Am I using the correct size
Might these be metric
Is there some trick to this

If I recall correctly those are hollow/acorn, what I cal Pal nuts, & its easy to get a spinner, might try getting ahold with some pliers & pulling as you turn.

The nuts on the hood trim are 3/8". Maybe someone improvised on yours?
You definitely need a deepwell socket.

Go figure after all of that frustration the nuts were metric. I didn't have any deep sockets in metric and assumed either 3/8 or 7/16 anyway.

What do you think about the quality, fit, and finish of the product? Who makes it also?
