Ok , this may have been posted sometime, somewhere but I saw this today on another site and I wanted to spread the help around.  You can go to the office supply ( and probably Walmart) and get a silver magic marker.  Sharp point will allow you to do the rings and small letters on the light switch area and heater controls.   Hope this helps someone, David

I've done this before...it's a Testors silver metallic paint pen, they're sold by the model paints.  They work pretty good.

I pulled out the actual testors paint in the little glass bottle and put it on with the smallest brush I had.  Takes patience, but turns out very nice in the end, and well worth it.

As bad as my nerves are I don't go anywhere near anything like this.
