I am trying to figure out what size the front bearing retainer is on my 70 Barracuda. (318, 4-speed, original 833) without pulling the tranny to measure. I know the 833 O.D. have a 5.125" dia.(not what I have). Then there is a 4.35" and a 4.80" dia. I have heard mixed stories regarding the 4.35" and 4.80". One being it depends on the year as to which size it is, the other being what engine the vehicle came with. Any ideas?
