He probably has the reserve set around 20k.  You'd have to see car in person, it worries me when I see things like the power brake booster and fan blower motor painted same color as engine compartment.  Makes me think they just sprayed everything at once.

Looks like a pretty nice car. I would check it out in person if you are really interested. Never buy a car unseen. Just my advice. Then if you like what you see and know what you are willing to pay for it go for it.

After taking another look, I noticed the door panels. Looks like they got the same orange treatment the seats got. I'm thinking it looks a little to "done up".
