Seems like I have read that you can also get the one piece in if you are replacing a quarter panel.  Just slide it in through the side.

Do the full panels come with the ribbing on the gas tank side? I'm talking about the ribs the gas tank sits up against.

How do you get the one-piece in the trunk without cutting out the whole rear end?

I know of only one way to fit it and that means removing the tailpanel.I have read somewhere someone was claiming that they could get one in without removing the tailpanel,but I dont think you can.-----The Clown

Supposedly, one can get it in if they remove one of the trunk braces.
 
 

You can make this easier by doing something different. Simply buy the single piece trunk floor and measure over to the center of one frame rail (doesn't matter which side) then slice it into two pieces over the rail. That way once you weld it back together (over the frame rail void) you have a weld that is 100% hidden on the underside, all you have to weld and finish is the top. This is allot less work than removing a tail panel or a quarter panel just to install it in a single piece!

Farmboy where did you order you panel from? How was the price and shipping if you don't mind me asking.   

I got mine from Goodmark , shipping is hard say what just a pan would be as I ordered other parts at the same time.$99.00 for the entire order, the service and shipping time were excellent. I thought the price was good as the additional time to install the two piece more than made up for it in my opinion.

Here are the tank mounts from Goodmark, they fit to the pan perfectly almost didn't need to clamp them to weld them.

Goodmark is working on new trunk extension panels but there aren't out yet. The current ones will fit with a little rework of the area that meets the wheel house.

Are trunk gutters they same or different for a Barracuda?

They list a part number for Challengers all years and a different one for Barracuda/Cuda 1970-1974.
