« on: February 02, 2004 - 01:39:04 PM »
where do you guys normally purchase wiring harnesses? i'm into the dash on my '72 challenger and am probably going to replace at least 50% of wiring due to shortage of brain power from an unknown previuos owner. ???

That's a toughie :P
Year One makes harnesses for the front and rear lights, but the only place I've seen them for the dash has been on E-Bay. They don't pop up too often either.

maddawg,

My 2003 Year One catalog shows the following part numbers for the 1972 Challenger dash harnesses:

HU295E - without Rallye gauges
HU297E - with Rallye guages

I used a Year One harness on my 1970 Challenger (see "Banana Challenger Project" threads on this site). It worked fine.
Matter of fact, I got all the wiring harnesses that Year One offered, for my car.
