How tight do you torque them bolts?

I was wondering if anyone has of knows the specifications for a 440??  How tight do you go for the following??

Heads
Intake
Headers
Rods

and anything else that needs a certain foot pounds of crankin' with the big wrench??

Heads @ 70 ft-lbs, intake @ 40 ft-lbs, stock exhaust (don't know about headers) 30 ft-lbs, and connecting rods @ 55 ft-lbs.

Arp head bolts are usually 60-65 with alum heads
 rod bolts are 45 stock 50-55 with Arp / aftermarket rod bolts

When it says "Thread Locker" does that mean you need to put something on the threads?  Did I read right that the flywheel is 55 ft-lbs??  How do you measure "in-lbs??"

" lbs to ft lbs you divide by 12
 the rocker Shaft bolts are the Most critical , Do not over tighten them , this can squeeze the shaft causing it to go oval , this will not exactly affect the the stock rockers but will cause the rockers to bind or seize on the rocker shaft
 use Blue locktite to thread lock the bolts
 use teflon tape on the bolts that need to seal into the water jacket
