Lower control arm reinforcment

Does any body know where to get the reinforcing plate that welds to the  lower control arms like the the ones firm feel shows welded to there control arms. :)

From FirmFeel and Mancini. BUT those are very easy to fabricate at home. I made these at home, took 2 hours.

Is that an aluminum strut rod?  If so, what do you think of it quality wise?
