i was told by their billing dept @aloha that they have no record of receiving payment from me.  was also told to forward any past emails from/to Dan regarding the moulding piece to their billing dept as well as fax a copy of payment that i sent to them back on nov 28.  what a pain. 
by the way Dan no longer works there.

I truly hope they resolve this for you. Would be nice if Dan posted a response. Even if he doesn't work for them any more maybe he could share whatever issues have been going on there that have led to delays in getting your stuff to you.

I truly hope they resolve this for you. Would be nice if Dan posted a response. Even if he doesn't work for them any more maybe he could share whatever issues have been going on there that have led to delays in getting your stuff to you.
