Dual exhaust pipe tips, measurements?

Hi. I would appreciate if someone has one of those exhaust tips laying around and has time to take crude measurements of the tip and send them to me or post in here. I have roll of mig wire and bottle of gas for the welding of stainless steel and I'm going to try and save some money and reproduce those tips for myself. If it works out good I can probably make couple of extra ones too and sell them for very reasonable price for anyone who needs.

I may be interested, even if it is not quite right...something to fill the holes up, and save a lil money...  Keep me up to date,  I will find out what size X-Zost pipes I have.

I called local steel suplier today and found out one possible tube profile which is available. They didn't have square tubes big enough in plain stainless steel but they did have acid resistant stainless steel (ie. that will probably survive until the end of the world). Measurements were 80mm x 40mm x 1.5mm (~3.15in x 1.57in x 0.06in). Is that profile anywhere near the original size?

I've got a pair of reproduction tips, the tube size is 100mm x 50mm more or less. I've done you a drawing of the dimensions of the whole deal but I need to wait until my wife gets home with the digital camera to get it into the computer. Just check back tomorrow some time and it should be here.

Those should be enough. I will ask if there is something more I need. I'll post some pics here when I get the "prototype" done. It might take month or two because I'm doing those on my spare time ie. the time when I'm not doing bodywork for the car.

just remember the tail pipe size may vary from car to car...
