another front end rebuild ?
« on: January 30, 2007 - 01:36:33 PM »
So today i completely tear the front end down and now after reading about everyone elses rebuilds here I'm going to ask the same ? 1:  If using polygraphite will i need new lca shafts or can I reuse my existing shafts?  2: is it common for the t-bad adjusting bolts to be 2 different lengths?  :clueless:   my left side is 4" and the right side is 3-5/8 and i find it strange where is a spacer between the lca and the swivel?  I know they did all kinds of ierd things on the lines in the 70's but???????????????????????? different length bolts.  Any one have an extra 4" t-bar adjusting bolt laying around?   :dunno:
thanks,
Doug
