'70 seat belt question
«

My '70 Challenger had '71 seat belts in it so I found a decent deal ( decent not good ) on a set of 70's. my question is I know the retractor goes under the carpet but is it supposed to angle towards the front before you cut the carpet and install the guide or is it supposed to point up? and then the belt goes through the slot near the seat hinge right?

Thanks, it looks like it points strait up, my anchor bolt hole seems farther back than that picture but I'm sure there's only one place it can go.
