Anyone ever used grancoupe instrument woodgrain on challenger?

Hi

Has anyone used the gran coupes woodgrain vinyl for standard instrument cluster in challenger? Yeah, I know, even with that the standard dash panel won't be rallye panel but with that woodgrain, it just looks so much better. Prices for rallye panels are so ridiculous high  that I can't justify that kind of cost for myself.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't. I think it would look better than black too.    I'm just wondering if the Challenger S/E's with standard dashes had this too.

I got a 70 challenger with a /6, buckets,column shift, and standard brakes and steering. It is a parts car but the dash is still complete. It's a standard dash with a woodgrain face. I thought about pulling it and installing it in my 74, because I never had seen a woodgrain standard dash on a challenger before. No special mods were ever done to this car. I believe it to be original

It was optional on 1970 Challengers for sure, but I am not sure about the other years.
