Lower rad hose

I am trying to create a custom lower Rad hose for my new alunim rad
The problem is that I can not find a hose that will fit correclty.
So I have cut my current hose in half and it seems to fit, but I need a 90deg conection.

My question is does any one know if ABS plastic piping will work and hold up to the colant?
