Studs or bolts for bottom end?

I`m replacing the main and rod bolts and wondering what to get-stock bolts,ARP bolts or ARP main stud kit?

I would use the best rod bolts available & use studs for the mains

I only use ARP rod bolts, and either ARP bolts or studs for the mains.
