Who wants fairly inexpensive power windows?

W/factory heavy and slow power window regulators/harness going for big bux these days (like almost $2k+), I've been trying to talk electric-life to make REAR PW regs (they already make the fronts).

I hear that you can get the OEM switches to work w/these too.

If so, give Jon an e-mail that you want these made.

    I thank you for the interest in are product.  We are working very hard
to get this made.  It is a part that we are  throwing up and down to see if
there will be a enough interest to build it.  I have already sent in all the

Even if you're not going to convert, please e-mail and say you want them.  These guys need a nudge.

If they do end up producing them, I'll prolly put up my two sets of OEM PW regs/harness up for sale (don't need original).

Have you installed the fronts?  I know some people here say they work to some degree, but I was very disappointed and sent them back.

The back would probably have a better chance of working due to the lighter glass.

I hope they make the rears, I already have there front kit for the boss's car and would like to make it a 4 power window car.

Can you enlighten us on your poor experience w/Electric-life's front regs?

Simply put, the glass will drop like a rock, and then struggle to raise.  They need an assist spring like the originals have.  I spoke to guy at Electric Life, he acknowledged the problem and suggested I could add an assist spring, like others were doing.  I said no thanks and sent them back.

I really wish they worked, would love to be able to lower the passenger side while I'm driving.
