From what I can see you're right.  I'm having a problem with the wipers in the convertible and I believe I have a two speed switch with a three speed motor.   :nono:    :faint:

4C,

That is a 2 speed switch.  Are you confusing your motor?  Actually, you are lucky you haven't burned it out, if that is the case.

Thanks Clown,  I guess I hadn't looked at that yet.  Bid placed.  Probably won't win the thing.  I never seem to get anything off ebay.  All I can do is try.

To my eye that is a 3-speed switch w/o the push-in washer feature.  Attached is a picture of a 2-speed switch from a 71 GS.  The switch, if it is a 3-speed, should have three clicks when you turn the knob (off, then 1,2,3)

I unboxed the unit today, and it is a two speed wiper switch.I also tested the defogger and the heat coil works great and the blower motor is excellent and quiet.---The Clown
