Do you have 440 parts if not maybe I can help you with these....see pics

I took the crank and rods out of the motor and built an all new StrOkEr motor so these are wasting around...
 FYI the heads are sold!

You pay the shipping and you can have the crank and rods...

You can have the stock cam if you want as well....the rods are factory LY rods...
everything was fine when I yanked em from the motor!

StrOkEr,
That is a great looking motor.
Thanks for the offer.
Not to be picky but is that a forged or cast crank? have the main/rod journals been cut much?
I may also be interested in the rods, but I would like a higher performance cam.

Just save another 4K and build it wild and ready to scream.

I am trying to build this as cheap as posssible because I live on a budget and I am getting a nice tax return soon.  I have thought about waiting, but since most of my paychecks are spoken for, I would have to wait a couple more years to get all top quality parts.  And I refuse to put the Challenger back in hibernation for that long.

I hate to be slow to respond, but let me see if I need them first.
If everything goes well, I should have the other motor apart in a month to see if there is anything wrong internally.
If someone else needs them in that time period, I would understand.
Thanks again.

So I guess I have made up my mind, I will be going the 440/727/3.23 route.  Maybe next year I can try to get the A518 to work.  Wish me luck.
