Anyone upgrade their stock radio
« on: April 10, 2007 - 11:12:45 AM »
Finally getting around to fixing my am/fm/8-track, and am looking at upgrading the guts to get more wattage and quality.  I was checking out ELECTRO-TECH, INC. at http://www.turnswitch.com/.  Anyone have good luck with them? or know of anyone else that can upgrade an old radio?  thanks

Yeah, I upgraded to a non-stock alpine deck :smilielol:  If your going for original, id say best thing would be to just get some better speakers made with a synthetic cone instead of paper :2cents:  If they carry the in dash speakers though, I probably would go for those, considering they are a seriously funky shape/size.
