I really don't know. Isn't this like selling VIN's?

He says the car was parted out... BUT, I don't know about this.

I would think its just like selling a VIN. If you have a title can't you get anything else you would need to create a car.

Selling titles is illegal and against ebay rules. Looks like they pulled his auction.

Somebody was selling a title for a car they said was parted out. They said it was a clear PA. title.
