70 R/T Insignia ?

Did every 70 R/T come with the R/T insignia. I know about the one in the grill but did all 70s have one on each fender and one on the trunk lid? Any difference between the one on the deck lid and the ones on the fender?

All R/Ts came with the grille and trunk emblems. The side emblems could be deleted and the R/T side stripe was added. There might be a difference in part numbers for the decklid and fenders, but the stick-on type work for both. Also, I am not at all sure about this but I remember reading that there were two different style side badges, some with pins and some that were stick on. Maybe someone knows for sure...

The longitudinal stripe had the R/T as part of the stripe - page #12.

Yeah the side stripe had the r/t cut out where the badge would have been. The trunk lid is a definate stick on. Barry's website has the drawings for the placement of the badges in case you need them.

I have a bone stock R/T with a bumblebee stripe and "no" R/T insignia's on the fenders.  They are only on deck and on the grille.

mine came factory with the fenders and grill but no trunk lid R/T.

No. The R/T badge was a 70/71 thing.
