full floorpans from Goodmark
« on: April 02, 2007 - 07:15:21 PM »
Just saw in one of the Mopar mags Goodmark is selling full floorpans for Ebodies. Side to side, front to back. Add the trunk pan and you have complete new floor.

I have bought the rear under seat pan and the rear feet area pans, however have not installed them.  Sure are nice pieces though, almost went for the full front pan and trunk, but went with the 2 piece floor and full length floor pans for the front.  Not as nice, but not building a perfect show car.  However the underseat pan obviously is original or goodmark(cheaper paid 310 shipped) and the feet area, goodmark or pieces dont go to the seams and no seat belt attachments.... and for 10 bucks more for the goodmark, dumb not to use em!

I would check the dimensions carefully. When I bought 4 new floor pices for my Challenger the fronts were perfect but the rear floors seemed about 1-1/2" too short. We still used them and my body guy made them right - bless him. :worshippy

Maybe they sent you Cuda rear pans, which are shorter.

Why I am asking this; In the picture it seems that lips are not going up to original spot welds? In my opinion that is faulty design.

Few years ago at least Y1 sold same pieces for Cuda and Challenger. Those were way too short for Challenger.

Could have been 'Cuda ones but - you know what it is like. You wait and wait, they send the part, it's not quite right so instead of sending it back and waiting again you make it right - come hell or high water.
