looking for my '71 barracuda conv! who has it?
« on: August 03, 2003 - 12:59:37 PM »
I am searching for a car I restored with my step-father in the 1980’s. It is a ’71 Barracuda convertible. The latest information I have is that the car was sold to a gentleman in New York in 1998 ( possible name is Steve Beard in Long Island or Middletown. He has a pilot’s license). Last seen the car was white with a 440 six pack, black interior w/white gauges and a shaker hood. This car has great sentimental value to me…I drove it to my prom, my high school graduation, my college graduation, my sister’s wedding, it was my college graduation gift…and the list goes on. I would like the owner to know that if he ever considers selling it, I would like to be the first contacted with the opportunity to buy it back. The VIN is # BH27G1B181174. If this car exists in your MOPAR club I would appreciate it if you send my contact information along to the owner. I would like the chance to talk to the owner about the car’s history, exchange photo’s and stories.

Thank you!
