I have had no problems with buying from Canada. I just bought 2 E60X15 Polyglas tires from a fellow in west canada and recieved them in a week. I have gotten other stuff from Canada and never had any problems getting through customs. I have also sent stuff up there and never had a problem. I think he is lying if he will not provide proof it was sent.
