The fact that it was B5 to begin with would make me lean towards that color because it is a cool color. You cannot really go wrong with any of the popular mopar colors.

B5 blue with black stripes and/or vinyl roof is great.  My car is some variant of the B5 color.  The next choice is plum crazy/inviolet.

Plum Crazy, Go Mango, Lime,

High impact would be my preference. 

Black with vinyl top and louvers is pretty sweet too.
