What can I use to keep the chrome rings from falling off the plastic lens? I've tried using super glue. but after a while the glue becomes brittle & I start to lose the rings :dunno:

I'm sorry, I don't follow you. What rings are you talking about? Tail lights, or what?  :clueless:

Mike, I believe he is indeed talking about the 72-74 'Cuda tail light trim rings.
I don't know for sure but I'd say your best bet is an industrial strength adhesive....they'll never come off.  :2cents:

3M has a plastic and emblem adhesive that should work good.It may help to rough up the inside of the rings so the glue has something to bite into.

Try to find a adhesive/seal sealer like 3M Fast and Firm or Rubber Seal RS-229 seam sealer/adhesive both work very well for this and won't dry out and get brittle.
Use a small amount so it doesn't squeeze out and make a mess.
