Got my new 1050 Dominator today from BIGS Performance...My question is the spec card say Primary Jet 90 and Secondary Jet 90 .... so what is my actual cfm now??? I thought stock dominators come with 88 jets ...

2 jet sizes is not a big deal this could be from a number of reasons , larger air bleeds can soften the pull at the jets allowing for larger jetting to compensate , or the booster design could be less efficient , or the air flow could be higher all would need larger jetting

Jetting has nothing to do with cfm ratings. Bigs just installed jets that "should" be right for your car. All carbs should be expected to require some adjustments.
