The scenes of the band in the car were blended in with the VP scenes very well!
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

In the original movie the Challenger never hit the dozers, The movie crew used a 69 Camaro, if you ever watch the movie slow mo that part and you will see what I mean.
