Automatic-to-manual console conversion
« on: March 15, 2007 - 08:54:55 AM »
There was a post about this before.  I seem to remember that this can be done by cutting out the area that interferes with the shift boot, and replacing the top plate.  What I don't recall is if anyone mentioned the mounting brackets.  Can you reuse the auto brackets, or do you need the manual brackets?

brackets are the same for both but you will need to cut the hump into the floor& remove the shifter bracket
