Got my new 1050 Dominator carb from BIGS and it has an external linkage system on it to change ratios... 1.1 - 2.1 - 3.1 - & 4.1 ....what is the purpose of this

on a tunnel ram you can open the secondaries at the same time & ratio as the primaries , for street use it is more typical to open the primaries 35% or so before starting to open the secondaries

So If I have the setup on 1:1 it will open the secondaries faster as opposed to having it on 4:1

yes , the secondaries will open at the same rate & time as the primaries with 1:1
