I bought some of the smaller cans to test it out.  I had some surface rust on my parts gettin van so I brushed some on last fall.  So far it has stopped the rust dead.  The paint / rust area is still hard as a rock.  This was with the black.  I'm planning on thinning it a little and spraying it anywhere there is bare metal I can't easily get to,  inside doors etc.

POR 15 works as advertised to stop rust, but is light sensitive and needs top coated.

Also wear latex gloves, and as much protective cover (especially your hair) as you can.  If you get it on you, you only have minutes to get it off.

I'm not aware of any specific personal danger, but if you wait, you will wear it for a week or so.......

I cant remember the name of it, but its the industrial version of por 15 that the navy uses on the ships.  Anyways my brother had some that they told him to bring home(its illegal to own not on a ship, the navy can;t own it at dry dock.   Needless to say the stuff works great.   We coated the inside of a 15 passange plymouth voyager.  While drinking   ........bbbllllluuuurrrrrryyy

The fumes go to us a little....   It is a redish rust color...

That and 3 gallons of Air Craft Carrier non skid (and a gallon of shards to add to the mixture, have not found a use yet.  Cant put on walk way as it destroys shoes.   US tax payers money at work. ::)
