That's sad it's just sitting, but it's cool it's in Wisconsin and still looks to be in good shape rust-wise.  I should make a detour to Brilion when I drive through GB this Friday and see what I can find... :grinyes:  Since people have been posting "cars in barns" style posts, I'll see what I can do while I'm home for winter break. ('70 R/T, maybe SE, a couple others currently sitting that'll be restored or sold for sure, and I'll try to get a chance to check out the 'Cuda I've been told about, provided we don't get dumped on with snow.)

That would be a sweet GTX for someone that wont leave it in a barn for the birds! Its obvious that the birds dont appreciate it nearly as much as I would....

yes I'm in Wisconsin too, & I have a few 'cars in barns' stories also. Less than 2 miles from my home is a barn (of course) which holds a prisoner, a '68 Charger. Has 1976 Wisconsin plates on it, a transplanted 440 under the hood, a chrome chain steering wheel & a underdash 8-track player. Mileage I believe was like 81000. Ultra nice body, but it is VERY hard to get there & see it. Neighbors are always watching. A friend took me to see it back in 2004 late night & it was like going back to 1976! Its locked up so you cannot get in it. Someone painted it like 'Dirty Mary Crazy Larry' yellow. I did remove the brake cylinder to see nothing but rust.

Its a secret!! If I get the chance again, which is a trillion to 1, I'll try to get a few pics. Don't wait up for them though!

Originally from the La Crosse area myself.  Left there 18 years ago when I joined the Air Force.  Might move back in a few years.   Rarely seen any old Mopars growing up around there in the 80's, they had probably all rusted away by then. :)  Most daily drivers didn't last 5 years up there before they were terminally rotted.  There was a handful of Camaros and Mustangs, and few AMX or Javelins around, but not much else.

I've never seen Dirty Mary Crazy Larry but just ordered it along with Vanishing Point from Amazon...

Was born in Milwaukee. Lived in Waukesha and Florence, which is near the Michigan border. Then moved to Upper Michigan and the military took me to Alaska, where I have been since 87.....Time to move again....SOON!
