Is it possible for someone out there to be able to tell me what this wire is for its been cut and it almost make it way to the glovebox side of the dash, it is yellow with a black stripe has this # on it 2947390 46399 thanks for anyone's help! ROB

it's for the timed delay relay for the ign.lamp- that wire goes to the door switch with another yellow wire for the dome light.

OK just to let you know that I have two wires with the yellow / black strip at both ends of the dash which connect to the door push pins. so your saying its for the dome light?because I also have an overhead console which seems to have all its wiring? Thanks for your input!! ROB

yellow with black stripe is for the trigger for the timed delay for the ing switch lamp.
yellow is for the negative connection for the dome light/courtesy.
