    Those 2 movies sound pretty much like the stuff we used to see when we'd go to the drive-in theater ( remember those ? ), so I'll definitely have to catch them. Hate to see Mopars die, though.

    Saw it last night....this movie is a must see.   :clapping:

    Too funny to be scary, too scary to be funny and full of cars.....perfect


    Sad to see Mopars going down, but they went the way they were meant to: driven hard and fast.  Some great stunt driving and NO cgi crap with the cars.  I'm not even sure the film was sped up to make them look faster.  Just really fun to watch.  I wonder how many cars they went through?

    Saw Death Proof last night.   The Challenger looks very nice at the start o the test drive. The welded on window frames looked odd right from the beginning.   

    NZ440RT  will like the reference to New Zealand in it with the Martial arts champion, Zoe Bell playing herself.  I liked the movie.  Too bad that the Challengers were trashed by movie end, but with more exsposure to 70 Challengers, maybe the idiots that call my Challenger a Charger will WISE UP!

    I Agree, The Grindhouse double feature is a must see.

    I didnt like them, they were ok... but wouldnt reconmend going to see them at the theatre.  Also watching them smash up mopars is just getting old.  I also didnt like how they looked like old movies then theres new cars driving around, cell phones, etc... just retarded there.

    It's a Quentin Terantino "B" movie.  If you expect anything more, don't see it. If you want to see Mopars in action, in a "B" movie, you will enjoy the film

     :misbehaving: I did...Zoe Bell's character talking about coming over from New Zealand and finding a Vanishing Point Challenger had me thinking Quentin had been lurking around NZ's website :grinyes: I give it six of eight pistons on the up-stroke :burnout: :thumbsup:

    Not bad if you ask me!  I think the films were recreations of original drive in type movies.  I don't think they were clones because I saw the cell phones too...

    Worth seeing...Good chase schene with 68 charger and 70 vanishing point challenger...I had to take a buddy cause wife refused to go.
