My guess is someone who owns 72-74 cars.
Not sure why people are taking it as the best "year" for their Cuda or Challenger, it's the best year for
Mopar in general, doesn't mean a 73 is any worse, just in 73 they didn't have the options, engines and campaigns as the earlier years.
