I agree, the research I did on Mopar Hemis left a lot to be desired. Of course Mopar pamphlets, advertising and what-not would lead you to believe it's the work of God, unfortuantely in the real world it seems not. Not all blocks are bad, there would be plenty of good blocks but I think until they sort out the issues it's basically a lucky dip.
I think Chryco is having some issues with a Mopar 360ci crate, not the engine but refunds and warranty help. I was told when buying a Hemi that if I did get one over the counter to have it stripped checked and double checked then reassembled. But, I will be having mine professional built using the best parts available by Tim Banning from FHO.
