I can't say I've seen them on E-bodies, but I have had some A-bodies up into the mid 70's with them. Alot of C-bodies had them.
Cant kill the mean and ugly. Only the good die young...I plan to be here a while!!

It is a "Mopar Certicard Holder".  I was a card that the dealer would use that linked info about the car, like an ID badge.
