Why would the car not have quarter scoops?  Could they be deleted??   Is the hood R/T decal part of the stripe delete V68?  Or could you have the stripe delete and The R/T hood decal in 71?

The R/T hood callout would have to be ordered (code 'V21") and could be ordered with or without the R/T stripe.  I am not sure but I think the 'V68' stripe delete was '70 only because it meant no holes drilled for badges and no painted bumble-bee, since '71 had neither, ipso-facto, no 'V68' code needed. IMO.
