1970 Challenger---NICE CLEAN BODY!
« on: May 24, 2007 - 06:22:20 AM »
Relatively rust-free 70 Challenger. The car came out of Northern California. Original small block SE car. Would be a great candidate for a Hemi or 440 Sixpack clone. Could also be a good donor body. No motor or transmission. The interior floor pans are mint with NO holes due to rust. The trunk floor is also very nice with a couple of small pinholes and one larger hole near the exhaust hanger. There are some holes in the top due to rust that formed under the vinyl top, all of which would be an easy fix. The car has 15x7 rallye wheels. The front fenders, hood, trunk lid, frame rails, etc. are very clean with no rust damage. The flat hood is an excellent candidate for a shaker conversion. The front suspension and K-frame is out of a "U" coded 440 Magnum 70 Challenger. They have disc brakes and power steering. The correct "Hemi Suspension" 780 and 781 torsion bars are in the car also. $7,500 Contact Daniel Banker @ 1-321-427-6392 or dbbker@cs.com

Though that description sounded familiar!!! Wasnt it just on ebay? Does it have trim, windows, bumpers etc? Looks to be in great shape.
