Blower switch R&R

 Does anyone know the best way to get at the fan switch? I need to put my new fan and A/C master controls in and I don't see any good way of getting in there. do you pull the gauge cluster or something and go in from the top?

4 screws & the switch panel will come out remove the end panel on the lower dash & then you can get at the heater panel , 1 screw is removed from the behind the dash near the steering column
