Taxes aren't too bad here. On the other hand, my first round of moving the lawn took me 4 hours. I'm hoping that's because the grass was about 6 inches high.

Stop on by sometime.

Congratulations, home ownership is very rewarding, and a lot of work as you mention above.  :roflsmiley: If you moved the lawn, I wouldn't move it back tho. the grass will just grow faster.  :roflsmiley:  :smilielol:

Congrats on being a garage/home owner!!!!!!  Our house only has a one car garage, which does cause some problems.  I hope to build a nice garage on my business property, as I have almost 3 acres of wooded property.  Not enough room to add on to my current garage  :stomp:

I hope you enjoy the new place!

Thanks. Although this looks like a 2 car garage, it's really a 1.75 car garage. The other .75 will probably become a workshop. It's really too tight to fit my other car in except as a stopgap measure.

I ended up getting a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. It gives me a lot more to carry around, which kind of negates the point of having a laptop, but when I really need to be able to type fast and well, like something for work, it's a lot better.

Congratulations, its a great feeling huh? I'm trying to sell mine when I get back and get some land for multiple outbuildings. Our house had gone up $115,000 in value in the last 10 years but now the market is in a slump there. Might be hard to sell now for now. We'll see.
Hey Mopar Clown, you know you stole my mailbox right? 'Cept when did you paint it black? Mine's white with yellow and orange flames.
