That's unreal and rather pathetic this institution is trying to withhold what's rightfully hers over a social incident that was conducted outside their doors...Sure, it'd be wrong if a teacher showed up hammered off her @$$ in front of small children, but chances are her work life and personal life wouldn't have any interferences such as this. It's really sad knowing how much control these media-fixed Internet "hot spots" have over peoples' personal lives as nearly every employer has access to search either Facebook or MySpace and make decisions based on what they see. Sure, I have a couple "stupid" photos on my Facebook account, but I'd sure as he!! hope my future business employer doesn't take what I've done in the past outside of school too seriously. (If you're out there, I am not an alcoholic and I never touched any harmful drugs.) Hopefully that'll help.
