John,
Awesome. Please keep us up to date on the whys and hows of some of your items. I'm very close to the point of buying a crate 6.1 engine (as are a few others) and if there are advantages to your manifolds, etc. and you'll be selling them seperately (I hope so) I'd like to know. For me it might be more cost effective to buy a short block or stroker short block and not pay for the factory manifolds, etc.

You have a captive audience with quite a few of us on the verge of building our own modern handling/performing rods. Detroit speed and engineering and a few others have served the Chevy guys well, we need guys like you for our Mopars!

Hmm...you got me thinking about those power windows you'll be offering.

I know electric-life does the front regs, but no one does the rears.  WOndering what your solution would be.

And whether OEM switches can be used.  That would be the ticket. :2thumbs:

Cool stuff John.  Keep it up!

Thank goodness for rich people to kick-start the market for cool products (like when plasma TVs 1st came out). :stirpot:

We tried the Electric Life ones - I think they actually have the rears as well.
They bolt in direct but....
I have a set real cheap if you want them.....they came off XV001

The solution we found comes with all the harnesses pre-wired which makes it easier for us to build cars.
They get done on an exchange basis using factory mechs from non-power window cars.
And they work.

Crate 6.1 you'll need a stand alone EMS.  Then sort out the throttle by wire.

Major reason we did manifolds other than power was not having to use a cone air filter - or rather being able to use a factory style cleaner.
Also, the alternator won't work because the factory alt doesn't have a voltage regulator, its controlled by the factory computer, which you'll likely be tossing or not using.  We've done a 1-wire alternator kit with bracket now.  Finalizing price have pics already and brackets are now in stock for it.

We can build you a motor as well, including strokers now - 426 w/ 6.1 block.
Stroker w/ a stock manifold is going to lay down in a HUUGE way.
We are putting some strokers together right now.

Not sure if you knew, but we build all our own motors.

We also have rad and hoses sorted out.
Also have milodon stamped pans in stock if you run a factory K, or aluminum pans in stock if you wanted to run our Level II suspension.
I also have headers on the shelf for both applications.

We also have tuning and driveability for the EMS.

Ahh...that's cool.  Just curious.  I already have two sets of OEM PWs for my two rides.  However, if you convert non-PW regs, I may just have my 'vert rears done by you as they're a little bit (not much) diff than the hardtop PW regs.
